We believe the Holy Bible, in its entirety, both Old and New Testaments, and consider it to be the only inspired direct Word of God. - 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21
We believe God is the creator and the ruler of the universe. He eternally exists in three persons - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The three are equal and are one God.
- 1 Corinthians 8:6; Ephesians 4:4-6
We believe that Adam and Eve were created sinless by God the Creator, and only by their disobedience to God, did sin enter the world. We believe in the existence of evil in the world, and in God's superior ability to overcome evil. - Genesis 3; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. We believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, and in His miracles. We believe that His sacrificial death on the cross provides forgiveness of sins and restores man to a perfect relationship with God, and is the only way to eternal life. We believe in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His triumphant return in power and glory. - John 1:1-3; Matthew 17:2-5
We believe salvation is a gift from God to all people who believe in Jesus Christ. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Confession of sins and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are the only paths to salvation for all mankind. Salvation is given, secured, and maintained by the grace and power of God, not by personal effort.
- Ephesians 2:8-9; John 14:6; John 10:27-30
We believe the Holy Spirit is omnipresent and lives in each of us from the moment we confess Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. The Holy Spirit provides Christians with power for living and understanding of spiritual truths. The Holy Spirit guides and seals the believer for the day of redemption. - John 14:16-17; Ephesians 1:13-14, 4:30
We believe the purpose of the local assembly is to bring honor and glory to the Lord Jesus Christ, by gathering for biblical instruction, worship, fellowship, prayer, and evangelism in our community and to all the world. We strive to create an environment where all believers and seekers are welcome to gather and worship under the guidelines of God's Holy Word.
- Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:41-47; Ephesians 4:11-16
We believe prayer allows us to speak directly with our lord and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. God will reveal to us what we need to know to further His Kingdom here on earth through prayer and communication with Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.
- Matthew 6:9-13; Mark 1:35; 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18
